Product Description

Join us for an exclusive 4 week female online programme that will take you on a journey of discovery.

 What does this programme include?

    • One-on-one virtual consultation pre and post programme
    • A mix of education and training sessions via Zoom twice weekly
    • Email support and connection
    • Access to programmes completed on the UOA Fitness App
    • Resources from the educational sessions
    • Access to an exclusive community Facebook group
    • ​Each 4 week ‘WFP’ block is progressive however you are also able to join into the start of any 4 week block
    • Optional – Group catch up including a Recreation Centre facility tour & morning tea 

Live sessions are held via ZOOM on Mondays and Wednesdays 12pm -1pm. 
These sessions are recorded so if you cant make the live session, you can watch in your own time.

Programme Dates: 17th August through to 11th September

Interval cardio training using your backyard & driveway.
