Product Description

Whether your goal is to lose fat, strengthen & shape your muscles, increase fitness or your energy levels this exclusive 8 week female programme will take you on a journey of discovery - training, educating and inspiring you to achieve those goals.

This programme includes  pre & post assessments done on our new Fit3D scanner, training in gym & outdoors, advise, education & nutritional information.

Let our fitness expert Emma guide you through this awesome 8 week journey. 
*Classes are limited to 16, with our previous programme selling out!*

Programme cost is $185 all inclusive. 
Cost includes:

  • 2x weekly sessions on Monday and Wednesday 12.00-1.00pm. 

  • An 8 week journey is led by our in-house female fitness expert Emma.

  • Fitness testing and assessments

  • Nutritional support, overall programme information + tips

 Programme Schedule starting Monday August 5th.
Your 8 week journey will follow this below plan.
Please note, this plan may be slightly adjusted depending on the needs of the participants.

The course fee(s) must be paid in full at the time of enrollment.
Class costs cover missed classes (no make up sessions offered.)
Courses are non-refundable unless the course is cancelled due to lack of participant numbers.
