Product Description

 Women's Fitness Programme  40 minute Lunchtime HIIT 

4 weeks starting Wednesday 18th September

A high intensity work out using and utilising a range of gym equipment, spaces in the gym and a programme on PT Minder.
Your sessions are held in the circuit Room at 1.10 - 1.50pm Wednesdays.

This programme is offered exclusively to participants of the women's fitness programme or members who have done initial programme and assessment with Emma.

Any one interested outside of the group must email Emma -  e.gillard@auckland.ac.nz before registering to book an individual consultation first. ‚Äč

Session Dates: 18/9, 25/9, 2/10 & 9/10 

Programme Cost: $65




The course fee(s) must be paid in full at the time of enrollment.
Class costs cover missed classes (no make up sessions offered.)
Courses are non-refundable unless the course is cancelled due to lack of participant numbers.
