Recreation Programmes

Exercising in small groups can be a fun and cost-effective way of achieving your fitness results, with specialised trainers to help encourage you and make sure you’ve got the correct technique.

We offer a number of programmes including: Reformer Pilates, Boxfit, Strength Camp, Self Defence, Dance, Girls Squad, Bootcamp and Walk The Talk.

We also have our fully online membership, which gives you unlimited fitness virtually, anywhere, anytime.

If you've ever wanted to try something new, or join a programme you loved again, now is your chance.
