If you are interested in learning how what you eat affects your overall wellbeing, come along to our informative Nutrition Seminars! Our qualified staff will cover a range of topics over two seminars, including the difference between macro and micronutrients, how to read the nutritional information on food packaging, and how to understand the effects your diet has on your exercise performance, including the use of supplements.

Seminar 1 – Thursday 10th October, 5.30pm-7pm
This seminar will cover the basics of healthy eating to achieve and maintain a healthy weight. Specific topics will include: The truth behind weight-loss diets, sustainable weight loss, eating to promote satiety, how to read food labels, and healthy snack ideas for busy lives.

Seminar 2 – Thursday 24th October, 5.30pm-7pm
This seminar will focus on toning and muscle-building. Specific topics will include: Protein intake and building muscle (for toning, building lean muscle and bulking), and an in-depth look at supplements.
