Product Description

As a special offer to the Women's Fitness Programme group, Emma will run a 5 week workout series.

 WFP  40 minute lunch-time HIT 

A high intensity work out using and utilising a range of gym equipment, spaces in the gym and a programme on PT Minder.
Meet in the circuit Room 1.10 -1.50pm on Wednesdays starting 5th June.

 Session dates:

  • Wed June 5th
  • Wed June 12th
  • Wed June 13th
  • Wed June 26th
  • Wed June 5th

 This programme is offered exclusively to participants of the women's fitness programme with Emma.

Any one interested outside of the group must email recprogrammes@auckland.ac.nz before registering.



The course fee(s) must be paid in full at the time of enrollment.
Class costs cover missed classes (no make up sessions offered.)
Courses are non-refundable unless the course is cancelled due to lack of participant numbers.
