Premium Group Training Programmes

Exercising in small groups can be a fun and cost-effective way of achieving your fitness results, with specialised trainers to help encourage you and make sure you’ve got the correct technique.

We offer a number of other programmes including; Boot camp, Boxfit, Self Defence, Dance and NEW to the programme - Kettlebell Fundamentals. 

Bootcamp and BoxFit run throughout the year in 8 week intakes.

Our Semester 2 Dance starts week of 14th August for 8 weeks.
Self Defence is a 3 week intensive course starting Monday 14th August.
